What's the turnaround time?
Orders should be made at least 4-5 days in advance of the delivery/pick date.
Can i request a refund if i forgot to place cake in refrigerator/ messed up during travel?

There are no refunds on cakes .We are not liable for any damages after you have picked up the cakes or once they have been set up.

How can i confirm my order?
​
A 100% deposit is required to confirm order; NO orders will be done without payment. Payments can be deposited to our NCB or Scotiabank account.

Do you deliver?
​
Yes, we use a third party for deliveries , therefore, delivery cost is based on the location. Currently only deliver to Kingston & the corporate area, Portmore and Spanish Town.

Im abroad, how can i order something to have it delivered to someone locally?
​
For international customers, we have Zelle, Paypal and Cashapp as payment options .
